Michel Hulin happily shares his passion for cooking during the cooking classes based on a theme that take place in the spring and autumn for all those who wish to please themselves or others with a gift voucher.
The Chef of La Cabro d’Or welcomes you into his kitchen at 9 a.m on Sunday mornings for an informal breakfast and the class starts at 9:30 am. The recipes change for each class and are prepared with fresh seasonal produce.
At noon, when the class ends, gather around the table with your fellow cooking students for an enjoyable lunch in our restaurant, where you can savour the dishes you have prepared together with our chef.
Groups limited to 10 people maximum (4 people minimum)
Rates : 145 Euros per person, including lunch – 85 Euros per person, lunch only, for guests.
Our Michelin-starred chef Michel Hulin opens the doors to his kitchen twice a year:
“The Spring Session” (from March to May) is scheduled in February.
“The Autumn Session” (from October to December) is scheduled in September.

The chef and his team at la Cabro d’Or, invite you to join them in the kitchen for a morning full of excitement. From 9am to noon, get an inside look into how the kitchen staff prepares for service every day, observe the meticulous organization of the different stations and see how seamlessly they all work together as a team. After this rare behind-the-kitchen-door experience, you will look at French cuisine with new eyes. The morning ends with a tapas style lunch* (or dinner the evening before), where you will be comfortably seated near the “passe” to give you the best view of the finished dishes being sent out during service.
