    Served with a delicate jelly of seasonal fruits

    Langoustine ravioli with zucchini confit and gently steamed leeks with tarragon,

    Frothy shellfish jus with golden chanterelles and olive oil from the Baux valley

    Prawn tails grilled à la plancha, lightly seared zucchini “spaghetti”, small olives and pine nuts with a light bisque sauce
